Desmond McLennon II  (Coach D) was born in Toronto, Ontario and fell in love with the game of Tennis as a young boy.

He quickly discovered that tennis kept him leaner, healthier and happier. His passion for tennis continued throughout his teen years and as a result, he was later awarded a four year Tennis Scholarship at Alabama A & M University where he majored in Telecommunications and graduated with honours.

Desmond now coaches professionally and he is an active member of the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR).
